Last year I bought a land and faced a lot of problem to settle due to contamination. First I did an Environmental site assessment phase 1. That process included just visual inspection of the land. Though the reports were not okay, I was not concerned to do a further phase 2 to solve the problem and so I later faced a lot of problem. So I always appreciate people to do a further Environmental site assessment phase 2 when phase 1 fails. It is very important for all. I am sharing my experience so that others may learn from my fault.
