Environmental Site Assessment Phase 2

There are many ways to determine the environment is polluted or not. Environmental site assessment is a way to determine the risk of contamination in any land or property. It is also very important to scan our living environment.

When a land or property is supposed to be contaminated in phase 1, environmental site assessment phase 2 is carried out. It is done to detect the specific contamination in any land or property. It is an invasive procedure.
Nowadays Environmental pollution is the main problem in modern civilization. Urbanization leads our living environment to be polluted. Pollution has always bad effect on human health as well as the animals are in danger. So environmental site assessment is done which acts as a way to keep track of actual and potential contamination hotspots.

Environmental site assessment

Environmental site assessment is very commonly done in our land or property to assess the risk of any contamination specially before purchasing. It should be done properly by some experts.

We provide Environmental Site Assessment Phase 1 & Phase 2 both, to ensure that the history of the land is evaluated and the environment is safe for future development.

Environmental site assessment

Nowadays the environmental pollution increases a lot and modern civilization is prone to pollute as a result of industrialization. Polluted environment has a bad impact on both human and animal health. There is also risk of plants to die before they provide any food for human being. So to prevent the environmental pollution from root level and to ensure the cleanliness of environment, Environmental site assessment is very popular nowadays.

Land Contamination And It's Solution

All lands are in risk of contamination nowadays. Contaminated lands are not only threat for the environment but also can cause many health hazards to both human and animal.

In Environmental site assessment, Lands and properties are assessed to determine the presence or risk of contamination. Asbestos, Lead etc are common contaminants. These contaminants can cause chest pain, haemoptysis, breathlessness, anorexia, weakness, weight loss, skin diseases and even cancer.

So contamination should be detected as early as possible by proper environmental site assessment.

Are You Ready To Purchase A Land?

Purchasing a land is not complex at all if you have adequate amount of money. But some important tasks should be done before purchasing a land. The most important one is Environmental site assessment.

You should check the safety of any land before purchasing it. Presence of any contamination may be harmful for the health. Also plants cannot grow well in contaminated land. So It should be checked properly.
For this reason Environmental site assessment phase 1 is done as a routine procedure before purchasing any land to detect the presence or risk of any contamination.

Why ESA is necessary?

ESA means Environmental site assessment. It is extremely necessary for any land or property to detect the presence of any contamination.
Nowadays Environmental site assessment phase 1 is done as a routine procedure to make sure that the land or property is safe and free of contaminants. It is very necessary when purchasing the land or property.
Phase 2 ESA is not commonly done but only when the phase 1 report suspect some contamination. This procedure is invasive and somehow includes some complex steps. But this procedure can detect the specific presence of contamination.

Experience Of Buying New Property

So Now I want to talk about my experience on purchasing my building. Last month, I need to buy a house in countryside where I came to know about environmental site assessment.
The building was near a coalmine. When phase 1 environmental site assessment was done, the report suggested that there might be some existence of contamination.
Then, It was mandatory to perform a phase 2 of environmental site assessment. It was almost a new experience for me to see that. The procedure was performed very scientifically to detect the specific contaminant in the land. I was very grateful to Pryco Global for their great help.
